What each role can do
Payout and wallet changes are owner-only; every change is written to the audit trail.
- Owner
- Full access, including payouts, wallet changes and rescue claims.
- Admin
- Everything except billing ownership and wallet deletion.
- Developer
- API keys, webhooks, sandbox. No access to payouts.
- Finance viewer
- Read-only access to payments, payouts and reports.
- Support
- Read-only payments plus refund requests below threshold.
